Terms and Conditions

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.

2. File Use

Watermarking: All designs must be fully watermarked, including IRL photos and mock-ups. Free watermarks are available on our website.

Printing License: No printing of transfers, stickers, tattoos, vinyl, fabric, etc., without a printing license.

No Sharing: Do not share files via email, USB, shared drives, or social media.

Printing Restrictions: Uploading files for printing via any website is prohibited, even with a license. Print only with equipment you personally own.

No Alterations: No altering, copying, tracing, sharing, gifting, or reselling designs.

Digital Only: All items are digital; nothing will be physically mailed.

Physical Items Only: Files may be used for physical items only, not resold in digital form.

3. Fabric Terms

Custom Fabric Print Shops: Ensure the shop does not reuse or sell your designs. If not stated on their website, email proof to ceced@cecedcr8tive.com

Location Restriction: Files cannot be sent to overseas printers, except for approved exceptions (email for assistance).

4. Commercial Use

Physical Products: Sell up to 100 finished products or 50 yards of fabric per design. Examples: shirts, cups, signs, decals.

Credit Appreciated: Credit to CeCe D Cr8tiVe is highly appreciated.

Stationary: To sell printed stationery, you must own a printing license.

No Digital Resale: Files cannot be resold in digital format.

Seamless Files: Cannot be used for alpha sets or other digital files for resale.

5. Extended Commercial Use / Printing License

Printers: Must purchase both designs and licenses before selling printed items.

Fabric Printing: No license needed for under 50 yards. Over 50 yards or more than 100 products will require a commercial license.

Selling Printed Items: Must purchase a license if planning to sell printed items instead of completed products.

6. Refunds

No Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds.

7. Using Clipart

Element Requirement: If selling digital files with clipart, include at least two other elements. Clipart must be less than 50% of the design and partially covered to prevent tracing.

Digital Paper: Can be used for alpha sets and other digital files, but seamless files cannot.

File Format: Only sell flattened files to prevent unauthorized alterations.

No Unaltered Distribution: Do not sell, give away, or transfer original brushes/stamps to others.

8. Collabs & Custom Work

Exclusions: Collabs, customs, exclusives, logos, and certain bundles are not included in the drives unless stated otherwise.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our site and services, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you disagree, please do not use our site. Breaking these terms may result in being blocked from accessing our site and any purchased drives.
